Luisa Serna is a communication professional by heritage, following in the footsteps of her grandfather Clemente Serna Martinez and her father Clemente Serna Alvear, who were pioneering broadcasters in the country.

As the founder of the magazine Quien, where she served as President of the Board from 2000 until 2018, she now leads the digital platform El Mundo de Regina, a site focused on lifestyle and social events around the world. Contributor to media outlets such as Vogue Mexico and Latam and RSVP, Luisa delivers both informative and inspirational messages.

One of Luisa’s major sources of inspiration is her mother, Maria Luisa Barrera de Serna, who had the pioneering radio program Escucha on Radio Red for over 20 years, offering interviews from a female perspective.

Today, Luisa is the founder of her own digital platform, El Mundo de Regina, where through reports, interviews, and live sessions, she reaches an audience that continues to grow on social media, becoming a thriving community.
