After nearly a decade working in advertising, Ben took on the role of head of marketing at Airbnb aged just 28, spearheading the company’s expansion into the luxury market. He then became vice president of customer engagement at Shangri-La Group, a position created specially for him – as was his next role, working directly with New World Development CEO Adrian Cheng in the company’s executive office, where he took charge of expanding the iconic developer’s portfolio with acquisitions and investments through mainland China and Europe. Since 2022, he has been senior vice president of global marketing for Four Seasons, with responsibility for the revered luxury brand globally, guiding its evolution from a hotel brand into a contemporary luxury brand.
